I called literally every few days, for 2 months, to check to see if it was amended. ![]() I could've done that 2 months ago, when i told them it was wrong. They didn't even tell me that I had to bring in the old ones to have them swapped out, until literally 2 days ago. They messed up my mother's death certificate, misspelled her name and mine, and took 2 months to get it amended. Then, the limo and the hearse left without us to go to the burial site. Literally told him to back up and move out of the way. Even though me and my brothers were in the car with him. They told my husband that he couldn't ride behind the limo. Read more for me, my husband, and my brothers after the funeral, was over the top. They even donated the limo to us, because they knew my aunt. We went through this company to handle funeral services, as a referral from my aunt. Zero stars, this has been the most stressful time of my life. ![]()
